Simply Healthy Snacks

Gummy Bear Popsicles

1/2 Liter Diet Sierra Mist 
1 pkg Gummy Bears of various colors

For these I took Popsicle molds (l large Mold and then a tray of 4 smaller pops) and filled each pop tray compartment 3/4 way full with Diet Sierra Mist. Then I dropped in various colors of Gummy Bears and placed the Popsicle sticks in the bottoms. I froze them over night and my daughter fell in love :) 

Simple sweet little treat. 

Raspberry Almond Bites

 8-10 Raspberries (cleaned)
8-10 All-Natural Unsalted Almonds

~Simply insert almonds into raspberries for a sweet, heath, protein packed treat.

Peanut Butter Banana Boats


1 Banana 
2 Tbsp Smuckers All-Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp dark Chocolate Chips
~Side of berries of choice

~Simply peel the banana and slice in half. Top with peanut butter and then sprinkle with chocolate chips. Add a side of freshly cleaned, cut and peeled berries and you have another quick simple snack.
